winqh Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winqh", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the winqh online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR authorization and accessible at https://winqh.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the winqh platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered winqh player account through which the Player accesses games and platform services.
• "Platform" means the winqh website, mobile interface, games library, betting interface, and all associated services available at https://winqh.net.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, promotions, live casino offerings, and ancillary services provided by winqh.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from personal payment sources, held in the Player's winqh account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentive funds issued by winqh subject to wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance standards.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winqh Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winqh Platform and close your Account.

winqh reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, winqh will provide notice to registered Players via email or platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The winqh Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. This age threshold is consistent with Philippine regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming activities.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. winqh may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The winqh Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. winqh does not represent that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been legally declared incapacitated, persons subject to self-exclusion orders, and persons previously banned from the winqh Platform are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the Services, you must complete the winqh registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a contact mobile number.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) winqh Account. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

Where winqh determines, in its reasonable discretion, that multiple Accounts are controlled by the same individual, winqh reserves the right to: (a) close all but one Account; (b) void any winnings or bonus balances associated with duplicate Accounts; (c) impose a permanent ban; and (d) report the matter to PAGCOR where required.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

winqh is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations to verify the identity of Players, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address in the Philippines (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash name matching account name);
• Additional documentation as required by winqh's compliance team on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, nor permit any third party to access or use your Account.

winqh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security. You must notify winqh immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

winqh reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if we have reason to believe your Account security has been compromised. We may also temporarily lock your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of suspicious activity.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

winqh accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the winqh cashier.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account not registered to the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and applicable limits. winqh aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed within one (1) business day. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard Philippine interbank processing schedules.

Withdrawals may be subject to review and may be delayed where winqh's compliance team requires additional verification, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, or where a Player's Account is under investigation.

6.3 Currency

The default account currency on the winqh Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

winqh may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits issued by winqh are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the sum of deposit and bonus) must be wagered before any portion of the bonus balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

winqh reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using a bonus on excluded games; or any other pattern of play inconsistent with good-faith participation in a promotion.

7.4 Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus balances not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account without compensation.

8. Gaming Rules

Each game available on the winqh Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between the specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in relation to all other matters including account management, payments, and conduct.

winqh uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios under conditions independently audited for fairness.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in any game (including incorrect odds being displayed, a game producing anomalous results, or a payout being credited due to a software error), winqh reserves the right to void the affected wagers and correct any erroneous balances. You will be notified where material corrections affect your Account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winqh Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Permitting any third party to access or use your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security;
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that seeks to exploit non-public information to gain an unfair wagering advantage;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits or unauthorized use of another person's payment method;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or system vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at winqh staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the winqh Platform or its underlying software.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winqh Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio-visual elements, and database compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of winqh or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the winqh Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of winqh.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, winqh shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

winqh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winqh Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The winqh Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winqh does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability without giving rise to any liability on winqh's part.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

winqh collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winqh will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with Applicable Law.

13. Responsible Gaming

winqh is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe environment for Filipino players. The Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the winqh Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by winqh

winqh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where winqh reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime; (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (e) regulatory or legal obligations require such action.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, winqh will endeavor to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Verified Real Money Balances may be returned to the Player following investigation where no breach is established, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

14.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting winqh customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure. winqh will retain your personal data for the period required by Applicable Law following Account closure.

15. Amendments to These Terms

winqh reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the winqh Platform with a revised Effective Date. For material amendments, winqh will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform after the Effective Date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the Effective Date.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and winqh. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Certain disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may also be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, which may apply in parallel with or in lieu of court proceedings as required by Applicable Law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent winqh from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
